449-1 Center Hill Road Upper Black Eddy, PA 18972

Welcome to 449-1 Center Hill Rd, Upper Black Eddy PA.. This renovated cottage has one-floor living situated on a 100 acre farm property in Upper Bucks County PA. Rustic/Country Living at its best - the wood burning stove could probably heat this place all Winter long. The Landlord has firewood available on the farm - you have to split it and its yours! The tenant should have a four wheel drive vehicle as the cottage is off of the main road and if we have snow, that would be a plus. A driveway leads to the home but the snow plow folks may not get to the place right away... The serenity of the location cannot be understated. The cottage overlooks open fields and a large pond. The sunsets are magnificent.... Come visit soon!
